What we work with

Support through life transitions

For the changes that look good on paper and still knock you over.

What we work with

A new baby, a move to a new country, a promotion, a layoff, children leaving home, a parent needing care: changes rearrange more than a calendar.

Sessions here are a place to take stock, to grieve what is ending, and to work out what you want next.

What a session can look like

Changes are tiring even when you chose them. Sessions start with what has actually changed — the routine, the money, who is around — and with what has not yet been said out loud about it.

People often arrive thinking they should be happier than they are. A session can hold both: what you wanted and what it is costing.

Ways to meet, and what they cost

One fee for each kind of session, the same for every clinician here: you choose a clinician for the fit, not for the price.

Fees and insurance The Good Faith Estimate

Talk first, if you like. Book a free fifteen-minute call to see whether we're a good fit. It's a conversation about what you're looking for and how we work, by telephone or video — not a therapy session, and there is nothing to pay for it.

Before you decide

No promised result. Therapy works differently for everyone. We can't promise a particular result, and nobody honestly can, but we'll review with you regularly how it's going and whether something else would serve you better.

Not a self-test. Nothing on this website can tell you what is going on for you. A diagnosis, where one is needed, comes from a clinician who has met you — never from a page, a quiz or a booking form.
