What we work with

Support for parenting and family conflict

For the arguments at home that nobody seems able to stop.

What we work with

We work with parents on their own, with parents together, and with whole families.

Common reasons: a teenager who has gone quiet or angry, co-parenting after a separation, grandparents and parents with different rules.

If a court has ordered an evaluation or supervised visits, that is a different service from ours, and we'll tell you where to find it.

What a session can look like

Parents often come alone first, and that is a good place to start: what is happening at home, what you have tried, and what you are afraid of. Where it helps, a teenager or the whole family joins later.

It is not about deciding who is right. It is about making the house easier to live in.

Ways to meet, and what they cost

One fee for each kind of session, the same for every clinician here: you choose a clinician for the fit, not for the price.

Fees and insurance The Good Faith Estimate

Talk first, if you like. Book a free fifteen-minute call to see whether we're a good fit. It's a conversation about what you're looking for and how we work, by telephone or video — not a therapy session, and there is nothing to pay for it.

Before you decide

No promised result. Therapy works differently for everyone. We can't promise a particular result, and nobody honestly can, but we'll review with you regularly how it's going and whether something else would serve you better.

Not a self-test. Nothing on this website can tell you what is going on for you. A diagnosis, where one is needed, comes from a clinician who has met you — never from a page, a quiz or a booking form.
