Support for relationships — on your own or together

On your own or with your partner, for the patterns that keep repeating.

What we work with

Not every relationship question needs couples therapy. Some people come alone to understand why the same thing keeps happening to them.

Others come as a couple: for distance, for an affair, for a decision about the future, for arguments that go round in circles.

Your free call is the place to work out which kind of session fits.

What a session can look like

Alone or together, the first hour asks the same question: what keeps happening, and what would you like instead? If you come alone, the work stays with you and your part in the pattern. If you come together, it stays with the pattern between you.

Which of the two fits is a fair question for the free call, and you can change your mind after a few sessions.

Ways to meet, and what they cost

One fee for each kind of session, the same for every clinician here: you choose a clinician for the fit, not for the price.

Fees and insurance The Good Faith Estimate

Talk first, if you like. Book a free fifteen-minute call to see whether we're a good fit. It's a conversation about what you're looking for and how we work, by telephone or video — not a therapy session, and there is nothing to pay for it.

Before you decide

No promised result. Therapy works differently for everyone. We can't promise a particular result, and nobody honestly can, but we'll review with you regularly how it's going and whether something else would serve you better.

Not a self-test. Nothing on this website can tell you what is going on for you. A diagnosis, where one is needed, comes from a clinician who has met you — never from a page, a quiz or a booking form.
